Assignment Details
This project consists of three assignments to showcase sketching abilities and introduce the different types of drawing used in the design process. The first assignment is six storyboards showing different problems in the kitchen. The second assignment is an explanatory and persuasive drawing of a product that solves the issues in one of the storyboards. The last assignment is 18 different logo ideas for the product.
Stock Easy
The storyboard I went with was the issue of forgetting what items you have in your fridge, freezer, or pantry. I designed an app, which I named Stock Easy, that is meant to help inventory your groceries. The user can scan their receipt, automatically entering everything bought from that grocery trip into the app. The app then categorizes the items by type of food and notes down the date purchased. Each item can then be edited manually if you need to adjust the number of items or delete something when you finish using it.
